My Christmas Week

Good time spent on Hari Raya, so as Saturday evening till Sunday dawn and last but not least Christmas Day.



Went for an ''excursion'' to Discovery Centre on Hari Raya with Von's so called ECC. First time visited there as an adult. =) Met Von and Qiu earlier for Korean BBQ, so our ''excursion'' was pushed to a later time. It was a rainy day perhaps, Aly and Mich were late. But it was early for the shows and we got onto the bus ride to SAFTI. A pretty short ride around the armed forces buildings and a pity that we can't take any photographs. Quite an eye-opener thou as I know nuts about NS.



Rushed for our 1st 50min show - Pilot Fighter. Bored and dozed off. 10min in between for toilet break and we were ready for the next 50min show - Sharks. A 3D show where we gotta wear that orbit black glasses. Again, bored and dozed off. Was waiting for some thrilling scenes, but it turned up to be some marine educational show. Kaoz. Might as well watch Animal planet. Finally, our 3rd and last and longest show of the day - Enchanted, whereby we only paid $3.50 for a tix. Woohoo! This is obviously much better than the previous 2. It was proven that I wasn't too tired to doze off as I was super awake during Enchanted.



It was 8pm after the last show, hurried we headed to Velocity to catch up with Candy and James for dinner. Dinner at Bali Thai. Food was fantastic but a bit pricey. Exchanged our x'mas gifts. Bb got Aly's pressie and I got Salim's. I exchanged my gift with Bb as Aly's is too girlish and I like it alot..So cute.



Saturday evening was Von's 21st birthday party at ECP chalet. Was happy for her that the sun was glaring in the afternoon. However, we just can't assume it's gonna be a big fine day. Rain started to pour in the evening, heavily. Aww.. It was still raining when Bb and I reached there. Fortunately, the bbq pit was shifted to the sheltered area. So, we started munching every single cooked food. =P

Taunted the whole night through, till Bb was super unwell. So much so that he threw up twice. Took a cab home when his condition was stablised a bit. My first and hope the last time to see Bb so sick. Thank god, he's fine now. Thanks Von and Candy for the concern. =) Very much appreciated.

Right, it's time up for computer.



Need for some beauty sleep.
